Glasgow Parkour Coaching was formed in early 2008 to meet the demand for professional and safe instruction of Parkour and has been absolutely fundamental in the growth of Parkour in Scotland. Since our inception GPC's focus has been on collaborative work, exploring the potential uses of Parkour and working from Dumfries and the Borders all the way to The Shetland Isles giving the group a truly national remit.

The team has worked with Theatre companies, dancers, architects, geologists and educational institutions across a number of environments - delivering workshops for primary and high schools, community groups, arts projects, city festivals and PR events as well as setting up a number of regular indoor and outdoor classes all over Scotland.
This includes hosting the First National Scottish Gathering - Roots of Movement which sold out and attracted over 150 traceurs from around the country and is now in it's 5th year.
Moving on from coaching regular Parkour classes the group now focuses on specialist parkour projects and working with Theatre and Arts organisations.
GPC have provided performers and coaches for events like the Merchant City Festival and have instructed on a number National Theatre of Scotland's projects and with the Scottish Ballet.
They have also advised and been involved in exhibitions and in various architecture and deisgn projects as well as a number of youth education programmes related to the Commonwealth Games 2014.
